Ensure consistency and quality with every tamp with the Calibrated Flat Tamper from Motta. An internal spring ensures tamp pressure remains the same time and again, even across multiple baristas. Each tamper includes three springs, which are easily to replace to allow baristas to change the pressure as needed. Ideal for cafes and baristas looking for greater consistency in their extraction than that provided by a standard tamper
