Annual Servicing
We recommend annual servicing to inspect your equipment, replace worn parts, diagnose issues, and advise on any additional work required.

Water Filter Changes
Annual water filter changes are highly recommended, especially with Norfolk’s notoriously hard water!
They help protect your machine from limescale and deposits, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure consistently great-tasting coffee.
We only use professional-grade BRITA and VH-IEN water filters for added protection and peace of mind.
PSSR Testing & Certification
Commercial insurance policies often stipulate that coffee machines with pressurised boiler systems - particularly traditional espresso machines - must undergo a PSSR inspection.
This ensures compliance with regulations and is inclusive of the necessary certification required to protect the validity of your insurance policy.
Health Check & Installations
Perhaps you've inherited a coffee machine, or are taking one out of storage? We can help!
Even if the machine wasn't originally purchased from us, we can re-commision and carry out diagnostics either from your premises or from our workshop facilities.
