Even if you didn't purchase your equipment from us, our fully trained and vastly experienced in-house engineers can help with both ad-hoc and contracted maintenance plans.

Preventative Maintenance and Servicing

We recommend annual servicing to inspect your equipment, replace worn parts, diagnose issues, and advise on any additional work required. Regular maintenance helps prevent breakdowns and extends the life of your machine, saving you money in the long run.

Our engineering team is available Monday to Friday and understands the importance of keeping downtime to a minimum. We offer planned servicing to ensure your operation stays running smoothly.

In addition, our team can provide PSSR Testing and Certification, full installations, commissioning, and machine uplifts.

Water Filtration System Installation & Changes

Annual water filter changes are also highly recommended, especially with Norfolk's notoriously hard water!

Not only does this help you achieve the best possible tasting coffee from your machine, but also it reduces the risk of damage from limescale and other deposits that can drastically limit the life span of your equipment.

We only use professional grade Brita and VH-IEN water filters for your peace of mind.
