To keep your machine’s internal milk system performing at its best, we recommend a 5-day cleaning cycle: use our Alkaline Milk System Cleaner for four days, followed by the Acid Milk System Cleaner on the fifth day.

The 'Alkaline' solution is a fast-acting daily cleaning solution to remove milk residue and maintain
performance for all bean to cup coffee machines. Whereas, the 'Acid' solution works alongside the Alkaline milk cleaner to target limescale as well as milk residue - and is particularly important with Norfolk’s hard water. Please note, the Acid cleaner is not suitable for daily use due to its strength.

For routine brewing system maintenance, use our Cafiza tablets whenever your machine prompts a cleaning cycle - although daily cleaning is recommended for optimal performance. Simply place one tablet into the designated cleaning slot as required. The tablets deep clean your brewing system, removing internal coffee oils and residue.

Protect your coffee machine with the Jura's Pro Smart range of water filters and descaling tablets, designed to prevent limescale build-up and help extend the life of your equipment. As coffee is 98% water, using high-quality water is essential for achieving the best possible flavour and overall coffee experience. Please note, the lifespan of your filter cartridge will vary depending on the water hardness in your area.

Also included is a set of interchangeable milk spouts. For optimal hygiene and performance, we recommend replacing them every two months.
