Carefully slow-roasted in small batches using state-of-the-art Italian Brambati roasters, our beans are crafted to ensure exceptional quality and freshness. We guarantee a best-before date of up to one year.

Tasting Notes

Volterra:
Intense full-bodied roast with rich notes of cocoa flavours nutty overtones.

Millesimo:
Smooth, sweet and well balanced with complex notes of milk chocolate, caramel and subtle stone fruits.

Amazonas:
Rich and full-bodied with undertones of dark chocolate and rich caramel

Cremona:
Smooth, rounded espresso imparting notes of cocoa and toasted nuts

Brewing Method

We’ve carefully developed this profile for the best results when freshly ground for espresso or milk-based coffees. Please note that these espresso beans won’t deliver the same flavor if used in filter machines or a cafetière. For those brewing methods, we recommend exploring our single-origin Colombian ground coffee range.

Packaging

After resting, our coffee is nitrogen-flushed to remove oxygen that can cause degradation, preserving exceptional freshness. We package our beans exclusively in 100% recyclable kraft bags, each sealed with a one-way valve to maintain quality.
